Booking & Cancellation Policy
We want your experience to be stress-free from start to finish. Here's everything you need to know before booking.
Free Cancellation
Cancel up to 48 hours before your pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp. You will not be charged until confirmation.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of service. We accept USD and JMD cash. Card payments can be arranged in advance.
Driver Contact
Your driver will reach out 30–60 minutes before your scheduled pickup with their exact location and ETA.
No-Show Policy
No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable. Please contact us as early as possible if plans change.
Group Size
Tour prices are per person. Transfer prices are per vehicle. Maximum 8 passengers per vehicle — contact us for larger groups.
